Responsibilities of a Home Instead Coordinator
- Provide companionship, personal care, and support with activities of daily living to seniors in their homes.
- Provide companionship and companionship
- Assist with bathroom, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare meals and snacks
- Run errands and provide transportation
- Monitor medications and health status
- Ensure the safety and security of the adult
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience working with seniors or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Available for flexible working hours including evenings and weekends
